Inclusive competition consists of forming 11 pairs that will compete against each other in a race against time

In this competition that now also takes place in São Paulo, the pairs will not only have to prove themselves to be the faster, but also competent in fulfilling the tasks placed on the path.
"Several pairs are eliminated along the way, until only 3 remain, which will form the grand final, where the winning pair will receive one million dollars! Inspired by The Amazing Race, an amateur group is holding a competition with the same format (without the prize million dollars, of course) adapted for the city of São Paulo.", he explains Thiago Az, one of the group's organizers.
A test stage already took place in April and included the participation of 8 pairs, who followed the race route through the center of São Paulo carrying out various tasks along the way, such as painting an egg in Trianon park or looking for specific books in the cultural bookstore on Avenida Paulista. The test stage was promoted with the aim of providing entertainment as well as preparing the ground for the main event to come.
The official race of The Amazing Race São Paulo will start in May and should have 11 pairs. At each stage, the pair that arrives in the last position must be eliminated, until there are 3 left for the final stage. In principle, each stage will be held in a different month, but there will be exceptions to achieve the objective of finishing the competition this year.
The competition promises to be a very inclusive event: "Everyone is welcome to participate, including people with physical disabilities. Just like in the official program, where several pairs with people with different types of disabilities were able to participate and show that they have so much ability to compete like any other couples. This in addition to providing diversity in every way, in terms of gender, age and sexual condition as well.
