The former movie mogul, Harvey Weinstein, 67, is on trial for some of the dozens of accusations of rape and sexual harassment he committed over decades as a producer in Hollywood.
Last Friday (31), the former actress Jessica Mann described to the jury the two rapes she alleges she suffered once she was subdued by the founding executive of the renowned production and distribution companies Miramax and The Weinstein Company.
In her report, Mann stated that Weinstein “has no testicles” and that his penis “is like a vagina”, which made her consider that the accused is “intersex or deformed”. “I didn’t know if he was a burn victim, but that would make sense,” she said.
Afterwards, as he left court accompanied by his lawyers, a journalist asked Weinstein whether Mann's description of his genitals was accurate. “Yes, it’s perfect,” replied the former producer.
Mann accuses the Oscar winner of raping her in a hotel room in New York in 2013 and, eight months later, in a hotel room in Los Angeles – when Weinstein raped her after injecting his own penis with a drug stimulating.
The former actress also reported that Weinstein forced her to massage his back, which she described as “full of blackheads.” “The texture [of the skin] was quite uncomfortable,” she said.
