At 25 years old, the man, who identifies himself as Triple D, answered on Reddit – an image sharing network on the web – the most common questions asked to him and compiled in a report by the "Daily Star".
1) Do both penises work?
"Both are 100% functional. I'm bisexual and in a relationship with one man and one woman. I consider myself monogamous. I'm only allowed to jump the fence with James Franco."
2) Are there any complications?
"My prostate gets inflamed if I don't ejaculate enough. I'm probably the only guy with a legitimate reason to orgasm every day."
