Man stabs Jerusalem LGBT Pride protesters; watch video

The Jerusalem LGBT Pride Parade, which took place this Thursday (30), was the scene of a homophobic attack.

An Israeli man attacked and stabbed several partygoers.

The photos released by the AP agency show the man entering the Parade apparently calm. Without anyone expecting, he pulled out a knife and stabbed at least six people in the group, France Presse reported.

The police declared that the attacker was the ultra-Orthodox Jew Yishai Schlissel, who was convicted in 2005 of stabbing three other people at a parade. He recently got out of prison after 10 years in prison.

 

Six people are injured after an ultra-Orthodox Jewish man allegedly stabbed them at the annual gay pride parade in Jerusalem.
