Men take off their clothes and get naked at a monument in Italy and cause outrage

Residents and the Italian press are outraged by the audacity of two supposedly English tourists who “invaded” a monument in Rome and then took off their clothes, leaving themselves completely naked.
On that occasion, two young men, whose identity is unknown, entered the fountain of the Monument to Victor Emanuel II (Altare dela Patria). There is no information whether the tourists suffered any type of punishment.
After the repercussion of the case, some of Italy's main newspapers, such as Corriere della Sera, pointed out the lack of government supervision as a major factor in why rape scenes like this continue to happen.
