Homophobic? Lauryn Hill's new song compares the gay community to drug dealers

Earlier this month, Lauryn Hill was highlighted in the media when she was sentenced to three months in prison for tax evasion. Now, the singer returns to the spotlight, attracting yet another negative fact to her career.

In her new song, "Neurotic Society," Lauryn freaks out and blames society's ills on the gay community. That's right! In some passages, the singer goes so far as to say that "social transvestism" harms everything around her, in addition to "drag queens" and a new definition for lesbians, "girl men".

In the lyrics, all of these quotes are compared to "drug dealers" and "serial criminals." Several LGBT NGOs have already expressed their rejection of the song's lyrics. Listen below.
