Member of “Pânico” admits homosexuality live during a radio program

This Tuesday's Pânico na Rádio (14/08) featured a surprise moment. In the last minutes of the program, after the departure of guests Marcos Castro and Ed Gama, comedian Igor Guimarães, a regular attraction on the program, asked presenter Emílio Surita to speak to make a statement and surprised listeners and viewers by admitting his homosexuality.
“This Father's Day I told my family and friends that I'm gay or as Severino says 'Cara-Crachá' (Paulo Silvino's character in the extinct 'Zorra Total'), a 'faggot', revealed Igor. “I apologize to you for not being loyal to you,” Igor continued.
Responsible for running the attraction, Emílio Surita interrupted his radio colleague: “You spent your whole life pretending that you were a macho man, but we already realized that you were a faggot”. “We always knew and we will embrace you. You can rest assured”, commented Daniel Zukerman.
