Game simulates what it's like to come out of the closet for your family

A novelty in the universe of games has caught the attention of straight and gay people: the game Coming Out Simulator, created by Canadian Nicky Case, which aims to simulate what it's like to come out of the closet and reveal yourself as gay to your family.

Entirely in English, the game talks about Nicky's experience and tells the story of a student who had a relationship with fellow student Jack. He tells his mother several lies, until he feels like coming out of the closet.

+ Dragon Age will have the first “totally gay” character

The action takes place between the lovers and especially on the night Nicky tells her parents during dinner. The entire dynamic is built solely with text messages in which you can choose three possible responses for each dialogue that is displayed on the screen.

And, most interestingly, like a good psychological game, there are no right answers. Only the truest one that has a relationship with yourself.

The game is free and, if you excel at English, you can download it by clicking here.
