Malawi judge accepts NGO appeal against Madonna's adoption

Judge Andrew Nyirenda, of the Malawi court, accepted this Wednesday, 29/11, an appeal filed by 67 human rights NGOs calling for an appeal against the interim custody of David Banda, 1, by pop singer Madonna. The NGOs allege that the singer and the Malawi government violated the law that prohibits foreigners under 18 months residing in the country from adopting children.
