The president of the STF, minister Dias Toffoli, scheduled the resumption of the trial discussing the criminalization of homophobia for May 23rd.
The date was set after pressure from entities and associations defending the rights of the LGBT community. The groups called for urgency in resuming the discussion, and that the Supreme Court needs to give a signal that it is committed to the discussion.
