This Tuesday, the preventive arrest of Jonathan Lauton Domingues, 19, was ordered this Tuesday, the only adult involved in the aggression to young people that occurred on Avenida Paulista, on November 14th.
At the request of public prosecutor Solange Azevedo Beretta da Silveira, Jonathan was indicted for three bodily injuries, theft and triple attempted murder. The other four teenagers involved in the attack remain temporarily hospitalized at Fundação Casa.
Images released by security cameras show the exact moment the group attacks the student Luís Alberto Betonio, 23 years old. Police believe the attack was homophobic in nature.
