Yesterday (12), at a specialized house in Jardins, in São Paulo, the auction of the assets of former deputy and fashion designer Clodovil Hernandes, who died in 2009, took place. In total, more than R$ 372.600 were sold.
A white gold bow tie, studded with 1.097 diamonds, was the most coveted item of the night. The highest bidder was architect businessman Luis Pedro Scalise, 44 years old. The luxury accessory cost R$46.
Despite the success of the auction, all the money raised will be used to pay the former deputy's financial debts. According to Clodovil's lawyer, Maria Hebe de Queiroz, the designer left debts worth around R$350.
