The trans activist couple Jake e Hannah Graf They recently welcomed their first daughter, whose name has not been released. The British made the announcement on Twitter.
The newborn, who was conceived via surrogate mother, brought joy to the couple. Jake, who works as an actor and filmmaker, said: “We couldn’t be more grateful.”
Hannah, a former army officer, said that both the baby and her surrogate mother are healthy.
