According to website Madonna's official, the singer will open branches of her gym, Hardy Candy Fitness, in the main capitals of the world. The news was released by the singer's representatives.
In addition to Brazil, Hardy Candy Fitness will have branches in Russia, Argentina, Europe and Asia. The investment is the result of a partnership between Madonna and businessman Guy Oseary, who already works in the fitness market and owns the New Evolution Fitness (NEV) chain, with 420 branches in 16 countries.
Madonna's first gym will open on November 29th, in Mexico City, with the presence of the singer herself. The space is 30 thousand square meters. Madonna's partner explained a little about how the capitals were chosen. "Madonna's international tours have taken us to our favorite cities around the world. We are excited to open Hard Candy Fitness with NEV in many of these locations," commented Oseary.
According to Madonna's press office, Hard Candy Fitness branches will feature innovative exercises, such as zumba, a mix of Latin and international rhythms, Latin dance, capoeira and various types of yoga. The gyms will also have saunas, cafes and snack bars.
It is not known in which Brazilian city the academy branch will be located.
