Tomorrow (13), the STF will judge the process that wants to criminalize homophobia in Brazil. This process has already been postponed several times, but if it is approved, the practice of homophobia will be classified in the criminal code and will have the same weight as a crime of racism.

ADO 26 which makes ANY type of “HOMOPHOBIA” a crime of racism! the new PL122!”
