Marcos Mion and TV Record are sued for homophobia

Some entities in the gay movement did not like the comments made by presenter Marcos Mion about drag queen Nany People. Because of this, the presenter and TV Record are being sued for homophobia. The information comes from this Tuesday's column (31) by journalist Mônica Bergamo in the newspaper "Folha de S.Paulo".

During Nany's participation in the "Legendários" program, Mion joked that the drag queen "has a little surprise" and asked "what she does with the package" at bath time.

The case is with Record's legal department. The broadcaster defends itself by saying that there was an "exercise of freedom of expression" and that "no one was hurt" by Mion's comments.
