Santos has been going to the park since 1997, and between 2002 and 2007, he was known as Bill da Pizza.

Among the improvements, he said he intends to fight for the reactivation of Autorama. "It was a space for LGBT coexistence, for carrying out inclusive and environmental education activities and strengthening everyone's safety," he declared.

The management council is made up of three members of the municipality's Executive Branch, a park employee and four people from civil society, a category in which Bill is running.
