The Minister of Education, Milton Ribeiro, revealed his ideas about homosexuality in an interview with the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo.
“I think that teenagers who often choose to walk the path of homosexuality (sic) have a very close family context, just do some research. Some of them are misfit families. There’s a lack of attention from the father, there’s a lack of attention from the mother,” she said, according to the UOL.
“I see a boy of 12, 13 years old choosing to be gay, he has never been with a woman in a suit, with a man in a suit and walking around”, he added.
