The Miss Brasil Gay Bahia version completes, this Friday (2), 24 years of existence and resistance in the capital of Bahia. The contest, which will be held at 20pm, at Teatro Jorge Amado, located in the Pituba neighborhood in Salvador, is one of the oldest gay beauty events on Bahian soil.

According to Bagageryer Spielberg, creator of the competition, preparations for the 24th edition began more than two months ago, but he emphasizes that the success of the competition lies in the candidates. “I always make a point of making it clear to guests that the main attractions of my competitions are the more than 20 candidates from different states in Brazil. They are the ones who make the party happen,” she explains.

At the event, the current Miss Brasil Gay 2017, Petra Peron from Bahia, will pass on the sash to the night's big winner.
