Morrissey reveals his first homosexual relationship was at age 35

In times of discussions about the free authorization of biographies in Brazil, singer Morrissey decided to write his own and has just released the work in Great Britain.

Among the revelations, the British musician said that his first homosexual relationship was at the age of 35. Morrissey, known for being discreet about his personal life, has given details about his involvement with photographer Jake Walters, which began in 1994.

"For the first time in my life, the eternal me becomes us, and finally, I can get along with someone," the singer wrote.

Morryssey also gives "murky" details of his childhood when he noticed harassment through excessive staring from a teacher when he was a student at St Marys School in Strelford.

On a certain day, the musician says he injured his wrist and the teacher decided to apply an ointment in an "unnecessarily slow and sensual" way. “Without taking your eyes off me,” he added.

Morryssey's autobiography has been marked by controversy since its inception. The musician demanded that publisher Penguin release the book through its most classic series, Penguin Classics, aimed at great works of world literature. Upon giving in to pressure, the publisher was harshly criticized.
