Vice President Mourão revealed during an interview with Bial that in the Armed Forces there have always been cases of homosexuality. The interview aired last Tuesday (16).
When asked about the subject, Mourão was very direct and answered the question. “It is a delicate issue. Transgender only exists in a case or two, if any. Homosexuality has always existed, now, within the discipline and hierarchy,” he said.
