She, who prefers not to identify herself, claims that she was prevented from entering the bank by a security guard on the grounds that she was carrying something metal. She says that her bag was searched by security, that she had to take off her shoes and that she had to undress among the other customers.

The bank customer is a truck driver and was in Belém to make a deposit for her son, who lives in Jataí, in the interior of Goiás. After half an hour, she had to undress for another employee to release her.

The case was judged by the 8th Civil Court of the District of Goiânia, where the victim lives. The bank tried to appeal, claiming that the "simple locking of the electronic revolving door constitutes a setback" and that it would be a "small price to pay for security".

Judge Gerson Santana Cintra states that there was an offense against the client's honor. The Bank declined to comment on the matter.
