For the fifth year in a row, the pet shop Bicho da Caneca, specialized in the GLBT public, promoted the launch of its spring-summer collection of pieces for canine clothing last Saturday (24). The animals were photographed by Jô Capusso, accustomed to portraying pets with their owners.
Each animal that received a full bath, grooming and manicure received a photo taken there and then by the renowned photographer. This was the case with Arlecchin, a 3-year-old standard poodle. “Every Friday I bring him to take a bath, shave his hair and get his nails done. But today I decided to stop by so he can enjoy the party”, said Fabiola Landim, owner of the poodle and a regular visitor to Bicho da Caneca.
Luciana Pavão, designer of the Iodice brand, was also present at the meeting, along with her dog Bartolomeu, the pet shop's first “client”.
In the four previous editions, drag queens were invited to brighten up the party. This year it was Thália Bombinha's turn, who was dressed in a stylized leopard print blouse. Just a luxury.
