In celebration of Chaves’ 30th birthday, fans remember “Seu Madruga gay”

The Mexican series Chaves and Chapolin have just completed 30 years of airing on SBT. For the date, Brazilian fans paid several tributes to the series and the artists.

Among the curiosities remembered by them – and in the publication of lists on social networks – is a curious role played by the actor who gives life to the macho Seu Madruga, Ramon Valdes.

Before being immortalized as the village resident, Ramón was in the "golden age" of Mexican cinema and, in 1971, he played a homosexual in the film "Los Beverly de Peralvillo.

Still with a sense of humor, the scene surprises fans of the series, who did not expect to see the macho man who is beaten by Dona Florinda (Florinda Meza) – and who runs away from Dona Clotilde (Angelines Fernandez) – so free, light and loose.

Within the series and in real scenes, Seu Madruga was "caught" by Quico and Chaves during a declaration of love to Professor Girafales. But it was a misunderstanding. Mr Madruga was just helping the professor to declare himself. Even so, the boys' reaction is unusual.

Another video that I shared is from Vila Gay, which features the combination of the song Robocop Gay, by Mamonas Assassinas, with curious scenes of Chaves.

It is worth remembering that Ramón died at the age of 64 in 1988, a victim of stomach cancer.
