“I don’t have a sexual option, I was born that way”, says Thammy

Thammy Miranda, Gretchen's daughter, has shown that she goes to great lengths to talk about prejudice and sexuality.

During the party for Rede Globo's new programming schedule, the actress, who is in the cast of "Salve Jorge", participated in a sketch to present the return of the program "Na Moral", led by Pedro Bial.

Between one issue and another, Thammy stated that he did not choose to be homosexual, but that he was born that way.

"I, Thammy, have no sexual choice. I have a condition, I was born this way. If I could choose, I would prefer not to suffer and be a normal person", he stated, recalling the prejudice that most LGBTs suffer.

The controversial story that he went through a exorcism because of sexuality was also remembered by Bial. Thammy stated that she was "shaken" so that the "spirit of homosexuality" could be removed from her body.

"When I was 18 and my mother [Gretchen], who is evangelical, found out, she took me to church to get the spirit out of me. I just wanted the pastor to stop shaking me and spitting on me. Half an hour later , he asked my name. Half an hour of shaking me and he didn't even know my name?", he asked.
