Soap opera “Fina Estampa” will gain a Latin version; Aguinaldo Silva refuses to live in the USA

Globo and its partnership with Telemundo resulted in a new co-production of “Fina Estampa” for the Latin market in the United States. The author of the serial, Aguinaldo Silva, will be involved in the project.

However, one of Silva's demands was that he not need to live in Los Angeles until the end of production. Of all the soap operas offered by Globo, especially the old ones, Telemundo preferred "Fina Estampa", which ended here in March.

In the plot, one of the highlights was the gay and caricatured character Crodoaldo Valério (Marcelo Serrado), who spent the entire soap opera with a mysterious boyfriend who, in the end, ended up without having his identity revealed.
