OAB holds first national congress on same-sex rights

Organized by retired judge Maria Berenice Dias, in partnership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Rio de Janeiro will host the 23st National Homosexual Congress between the 25rd and XNUMXth of March.

The meeting will debate a series of topics, including the criminalization of homophobia; homoparental adoption; the constitution of the homoparental family and the need for the civil code to cover these unions; the transgender issue, among others.
