LGBT organizations go live for World Day to Combat LGBTphobia and combat coronavirus

A National LGBTI+ Alliance will hold on Sunday (17), on its Facebook page, the World and National Day to combat LGBTphobia, a special live show with plenty of programming to combat LGBTphobia and the new coronavirus pandemic.

The live will have debates, cultural and educational activities and conversations about politics; Artists, activists, authorities and entities that work for the rights of Brazilian LGBT and intersex people will participate.

In addition, the digital event will celebrate 30 years of the removal of homosexuality and one year of transsexuality from the WHO (World Health Organization) list of diseases and promote exchanges of information about the impact of covid-19 on the community and how it has faced the pandemic, among other points.
