Gay Parade brings together more than 150 thousand people in Buenos Aires

A Gay Pride March was held this Saturday (06), in Buenos Aires, to call for the approval of the Gender Identity Law for transvestites and transsexuals.

This year, the March was organized by ATTTA (Association of Transvestites, Transsexuals and Transgenders of Argentina) and welcomed thousands of young people in the company of their families who support sexual diversity. According to the organization, more than 150 thousand people attended the event.

During the March, speeches revolved around marriage equality. Thanks were also given to the politicians who made civil unions between same-sex couples possible in the country.
