Pastor says in sermon that the government should kill homosexuals

The saga of the evil shepherds continues. After Charles Worley, from Providence Baptist Church in North Carolina, USA, say that he wanted to lock gays in a concentration camp, a colleague of yours went further.

Curtis Knapp, pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church in the state of Kansas, gave a sermon where he said that all gays and lesbians should be exterminated by the government. Curtis was outraged by President Barack Obama's support for gay marriage.

"When a man also lies with a man, as with a woman, they have both committed an abomination; they will surely die; their blood will be upon them," the pastor said in his sermon, quoting Leviticus.

"They should be put to death. Oh, so you're saying we should go out and start killing them? No, I'm saying the government should. They won't, but they should," Knapp declared.

The pastor continues, saying that his idea only represents God's thoughts. "You'll say, Oh, I can't believe it, you're horrible. You're a Neanderthal. Is that what you're calling God? Is he a Neanderthal? Are the Scriptures his word or not? If it's his word, he commanded It's your idea, not mine. And I'm not ashamed of it. He said he'll put them to death," he insists. "Will the church drag them to death? No, I won't say that. The church doesn't have that power, but the government does. The government should [kill]. Do you have a better idea? A better idea than God's?"

The fact is, the more there are advances in relation to the gay community, such as Obama's declaration, the more fundamentalists revolt and use their firepower against the class.
