The evangelical pastor and captain of the Military Police of the Federal District, Gilvan Figueiredo de Oliveira had a ritual before raping his 14-year-old stepdaughter: First, he asked for “forgiveness”; Then he abused her; He then threatened the victim. However, the teenager and her siblings continued to maintain contact with the defendant, who raised them from the first years of their lives.
