Patricia was rude throughout her approach to the singer, going so far as to ask: "Is it Valéria or Valério?" Disconcerted, the singer replied: "What do you mean? It's Valéria...".
Patricia then asked for a walk and asked how long she has identified with the name. "As long as I can remember, but I took that name in '98," she replied. Then she said: "You are a man and you dress like a woman…". And she was cut off by the singer. "I am transsexual and transsexuality is independent of sexual reassignment surgery (known as sex change). It is in the head," she continued.
Upon learning that Valéria is married to a man, Patricia asked: "I'm curious, the transsexual is a man, so sexually is he a man or a woman?" Valéria replied: "I'm a woman." “So whoever likes you likes women, more or less, right?” replied the presenter.

And she even offered a song to the group: "I want to sing this song as a flag to all transvestites and transsexuals in Brazil who suffer a lot every day. Us being here is respectful."
Or almost, right?
