Pedro Scooby used his social media last Monday (8), to talk about the kiss he gave Matheus Mazzafera during the Rock in Rio festival.
Scooby posted a series of videos on Instagram stories, saying that people gave a lot of importance to a gesture of affection between friends.
“People give much more value to a joke about a peck from a friend of mine, which shows that I am completely devoid of prejudice than, for example, to the lead singer of Imagine Dragons who said incredible things [during the show at Rock in Rio] , he defended incredible causes, about depression, losing loved ones, homophobia and none of that was talked about. I’m sad to know how people’s values are inverted”, said Scooby.
“I'm a guy who's already in the sport, who is very prejudiced, very sexist. And, suddenly, I have these attitudes to prove that I don't have any prejudice and I'm not afraid of being gay. If I were gay, I would be a guy who would definitely come out and be very happy about it. But I'm a heterosexual guy, well settled, everything is fine. I continue to move on with my life,” he concluded.
