It won't be long before everyone checks out Thammy Miranda's performance as Joice in “Salve Jorge”. Globo's new 21pm soap opera premieres on October 22nd.
In an interview with columnist Léo Dias, from the newspaper “O Dia”, Thammy said that he is loving acting opposite Giovanna Antonelli. The two will be part of the same core of the plot, a police station.
"Marquinhos (Schechtman, director) is amazing, so I wasn't even nervous. He was super affectionate with me. I became Giovanna Antonelli's number 0 fan. She's the best actress in the world. Full of cool ideas for the scenes, besides being a sweet", said the singer's daughter Gretchen.
But there's no point getting excited about the character's possible romance in the soap opera. Glória Perez has already said in interviews that she will not address the police officer's emotional life. "Thammy will play a police clerk and her [character's] sexuality will not be in question. There will be no emotional involvement," she said.
