British police investigate 'rape' of soldier recorded on video

British police are investigating the case of a young soldier who was allegedly raped by at least six soldiers at the Catterick Garrison training camp in North Yorkshire. The complaint was made by the boy's mother, who presented a video taken on a cell phone as evidence.

According to the victim, about a month ago he was accused of being homosexual and after that he was raped in a dormitory. Another soldier, a witness to the crime, said that the noise was so loud that it woke up several other soldiers in neighboring dormitories.

“Those who participated seemed to find it hilarious, but most who heard the noises were scared and terrified,” said the witness.

The Minister of Defense assured that the police are already investigating the case. However, behind the scenes, military officials suggested that the incident was exaggerated due to “fallacious reporting”. Many still believe that the sexual act was consensual.

The United Kingdom Armed Forces are trying to improve their public image after repeated scandals involving soldiers, such as the death of four recruits, a crime that has not yet been solved.
