Program covers male prostitution spots

Yesterday, the program "Profissão Repórter", on the Globo network, aired a report on the lives of prostitutes. In São Paulo, Caco Bacellos visited the region close to Ibirapuera Park, the Autorama, described as a meeting point for homosexuals.

The journalist also followed the routine of Wellington, an open homosexual who has worked at night in São Paulo for 9 years and is trying to leave prostitution. His family does not accept his sexual orientation, which makes the boy sleep at friends' houses and, when he has money, in hotels in the center of São Paulo.

Reporters Felipe Suhre and Mariane Salermo were in charge of recording the movement in gay saunas in Curitiba. There, they also report the story of a crime that involved a client and a sex worker.
