Months of training, diet, determination and monitoring from good professionals. As I always tell you, there is no miracle, no magic formula, just a lot of effort and dedication in pursuit of our goals. I thank the master and personal brother @michelyuri7 for all the support throughout this evolution. We managed to significantly reduce the percentage of fat and we still have a lot to improve, it's just the beginning. But, regardless of your physique, what really matters is that you are healthy physically and mentally. Don't be tied to the aesthetic standards imposed by society, feel good about your body, always seeking a healthy lifestyle, aesthetics comes as a consequence. Now focus on studies, family and rest! #holidays ☀️
