Fans of the Mexican band RBD got great news this Wednesday (23).
According to what happens in the corridors of Televisa and the record company that obtains the rights to the band, which by the way is American, the last details to confirm the long-awaited reunion have already been agreed. In the middle of the year, Televisa started talking to the former members of the group and also with the record company, who held long negotiations.
The main reason for so much bureaucracy was the tight schedule of Anahí, Alfonso Herrera, Christopher Uckermann, Christian Chavez, Dulce Maria and Maite Perroni.
According to Mexican press sources, it is practically certain that the shows will take place.
The countries covered by the band's passage have not yet been defined, but it is believed that Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, United States and Spain may be chosen, due to the high number of audiences obtained at the band's shows in the last decade, and also the success that the soap opera "Rebelde" achieved in these countries.
As for the members' schedule, the band's record company believes that the financial proposal that will be offered for the shows will be very attractive, thus inducing them to take a break from their respective projects.
As for the dates, it is believed that it could occur at the beginning of the second half of 2016, a time when tours by major world artists are in full swing.
Who knows, maybe they'll take a look at our 2016 Olympics. If the London Olympics were able to bring the Spice Girls back together, it would be epic to see this reunion here in Brazil. Furthermore, what would our options be? Rouge? SNZ? Bringing the Tribaistas back together wouldn't be a bad idea.
