Revenge: Crô will call gay friends to take revenge on the volleyball gang in “Fina Estampa”

After suffering a beating from the volleyball gang in "Fina Estampa", Crodoaldo Valério won't let it go easy. Marcelo Serrado's character prepares to get back at him.

Crô will call his group of gay friends and challenge the beach's strong men to a game of volleyball. "I want to see you beat my friends", Tereza Cristina's assistant (Christiane Torloni) will say to Ferdinand (Carlos Machado).

Imagine Crô and his troupe playing volleyball? This is an unmissable scene.

In a recent interview with "Contigo!" magazine, Serrado said that sometimes he doesn't believe in what he's doing. "There are times when I think, 'I can't believe I'm doing this!' It's very funny, I enjoy it. But he has a melancholic side too, he's a more restrained gay man," he told the publication.

The actor was called back to Globo, after 5 years at Record, especially for the role. "Serrado was playing a very bad villain in a soap opera. I didn't want a gay actor, otherwise he would do the obvious. A straight actor would surprise me. And, because he was in love with his boss, I thought he had to look I thought about Marcelo. I lobbied Globo to bring him back and everyone bought the idea", says Aguinaldo Silva, author of "Fina Estampa".
