The group – which returned with Compadre Washigton and Beto Jamaica – has just released the song "Colar de Beijos", and curiously it begins: "You who keep copying your enemies, become distracted".
According to Romagaga, the catchphrase was created by her on Instagram and it was her own fans who alerted her about the song during the group's participation in the program Encontro com Fátima Bernardes." She states that there is still a campaign on the network with the hashtag: "ColardeBeijosÉdaRomagaga ".
"The catchphrase is registered with a registry office, as is the character Romagaga. It was my creation for the videos I make. What upset me was that they didn't give credit and said they were inspired by Valesca (Popozuda). All the famous people, like Anitta, Preta Gil, Viviane Araújo, Ivete Sangalo, David Brazil, they say the catchphrase and mention my name in interviews," she tells. THE CAPE.

According to Romagaga, she tried to contact the group's advisors and intends to resolve it in the best possible way. "They could say that it was my creation and even call me for the video, but if they don't respond, I intend to go to court. I like the group and I danced a lot in the 90s and 2000s. I think everyone could win, since they want invest in the gay public".
The group's advisor informed A CAPA that the vocalists never claimed that the catchphrase was created by them and that they are also not responsible for the lyrics, which were written by J. Telles, Arthur Moura, Leonardo Sacavuzzi, Ebonny Sacavuzzi e Milly.
"Therefore, this is not an issue involving us. It must be dealt with the composers of the music. É o Tchan is a propagator of the song that the band received and followed the legal procedures for execution. Further questions should be asked of whoever composed it.”
