The English singer Sam Smith, 27, announced that he will release a new album on May 1st, To Die For, the third of his career.
“Wonderful people, I’m so happy with my new songs that I wanted to share [with you] another surprise,” he wrote in an Instagram post about the album.
“You will be able to pre-purchase tomorrow [this Friday, the 14th]. I’m more proud of this album than anything else I’ve ever made.”
The singer said he “freed himself” over the past two years during the song writing process and hopes that we can “dance” and “identify” with the songs. “It’s all for you, as always.”
