Seminar will discuss equal work opportunities for minorities

The Municipal Workers' Union of João Pessoa (Sintram) will hold, this Thursday and Friday, 27 and 28/7, the '27st Regional Seminar for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities in the Public Service', in which it will discuss the labor relations of servers where it is necessary to observe the specificities of those with special needs, ethnicity, age, gender and sexual orientation, so that they enhance the characteristics of each server in search of improving the provision of the service available to the community. The objective is also to train union leaders so that they can discuss and try, through managers, to program public policies aimed at minorities. The seminar aims to bring together union representatives from the States of Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte (RN), as well as municipal workers and also GLTBs (gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders), black people, young people, women, indigenous people and people with special needs. The meeting will take place next Thursday (28) and Friday (267), in the auditorium of the Association of Sugarcane Planters of Paraíba (Asplan-PB), located at Rua Rodrigues de Aguino, XNUMX, in the Center of Persoense.
