Brazilian series with LGBTQ+ themes is HBO's new bet

The corporate vice president of Original Productions at HBO Latin America, Roberto Rios, announced last Wednesday (24), the company's new Brazilian series, called TODXS.

The series tells the story of Rafa, an 18-year-old young man, pansexual and who identifies with the non-binary gender. He leaves his family in the countryside and leaves for São Paulo and that is when the series begins to address LGBTQI+ issues, racism and harassment.

“HBO is recognized for addressing the most diverse subjects within countless genres, always valuing originality and quality of production. At TODXS, we will discuss important current issues, with the aim of generating even more reflection on minorities”, explains Roberto.
