Website A Capa gets a new layout; discover the new features

The site The Cape it has a new look. Since 2007, when it debuted, the portal has undergone only two layout changes. This time, there are many new features, with emphasis on the full integration of content with social networks, such as Twitter and Facebook.

Designer Bruno Niz led the development of the new layout alongside programmer Adriano Carvalho. Bruno says that the idea was to make the project more harmonious, without forgetting navigability. "My concern was not to lose identity: the colors were maintained, but I changed the way they were applied", he explains. "In the home page, I opted for a predominance of white and gray. The highlights are in red and in the channels and articles I kept the colors so that the reader could differentiate them", he adds.

The radical change in layout is in tune with what is most modern on the internet. The growth of the website The Cape It was also essential to think about this new structure. "Although the layout has undergone small adaptations over these 4 years, my proposal was to improve navigation and organize information, making the pages more intuitive", highlights the designer.

The main changes are concentrated on the website's main page, including advertising spaces that have become more prominent. Discover some of the new features of the site now The Cape:
