Councilor Carlos Apolinário's website is invaded by anti-homophobia hacker

The website of councilor Carlos Apolinário (DEM-SP) was invaded this Thursday (04) by a hacker. The hacker identifies himself only as "figli tariki shmotov", and declares himself against homophobia and the Heterosexual Pride Day bill, created by Apolinário.

"In Brazil, a homosexual is killed every 36 hours, this type of crime has increased 113% in the last five years. In 2010, 260 were killed. In the first three months of this year alone, there were 65 murders", wrote the attacker on the website site.

The episode occurred shortly after the announcement that the São Paulo City Council approved Heterosexual Pride Day, announcement made on Wednesday (03), as THE CAPE reported. For the date to be effective once and for all, the approval of Gilberto Kassab, mayor of São Paulo, is needed.

The hacker also wrote on the councilor's website: "Carlos Apolinário insists on proposing laws that contribute to the spread of hatred and discrimination. From the genocide of the Second World War to the massacres in Oslo and Utoya, those who preach the superiority of some over others are responsible for the most reprehensible actions in the history of humanity.

In a statement to the R7 website, Apolinário said he received threats over the phone on Thursday morning. "These people are violent in the way they act. They do not accept opinions contrary to theirs. Despite the threats, I am not afraid of anything. It seems that gay human beings have more value than others. It was enough for this project to be approved for the people confronted me on the internet, on blogs, in the newspapers", he commented.

Until 16pm this Thursday, the councilor's website was still hacked.
