“Stealthing”: is the act of removing the condom during sex without the partner's consent. And it is a form of sexual assault.

Report recently published by Vice Brazil explains that although the act is not considered a crime in the vast majority of countries, courts in Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom have already convicted people who committed it.

The argument that “stealthing” is a sexual assault is based on the fact that, in these cases, removing the condom is not an action resulting from mutual consent, and there may be consequences such as transmission of STIs (sexually transmitted infections) and pregnancy, in addition to possible guilt and shame on the part of the victim.
