An 8-year-old boy named Enzo had already been rejected by three families, until he was finally adopted by a gay couple from Goiás.
Now the custody of the boy is Kairon Patrick Oliveira da Silva and Sílvio Romero Bernardes Fagundes, the decision was given as valid by judge Felipe Soares, from the Family, Succession, Childhood and Youth Court.
The case drew a lot of attention after the boy was rejected by his biological family and two other families who adopted him and later returned the boy. The reason the families gave is that the boy has attention deficit and hyperactivity.
