Virgin Airlines launches campaign aimed at gay audiences; Watch the video

The gay-friendly airline Virgin launched this week a new advertising campaign aimed at the GLBT public. The campaign is inspired by scenes from romantic films, such as the 1991 classic “Ghost”, directed by Jerry Zucker. The business re-edited the main scenes from the films, swapping the straight couple for a gay couple, a fat guy and the other with a fit figure. At the end of the commercial, which lasts 1 minute, the viewer realizes that everything was just a dream/nightmare of the passenger (the cat). At the end, the announcer announces: “If you wanted to sleep with him, you would have married him.” Pretty cute. To close 2006 with the hope that our airlines will also carry out a campaign like this. Play to watch the video in our multimedia!
