Driving Lessons

It seems that Selma Blair enjoyed playing lesbian roles in film. After having a romance with Sarah Michelle Gellar in “Segundas Intenções” and playing a woman who leaves her husband for another in “Banquete de Amor”, a film that premieres in Brazil in April, the actress is in negotiations to join the comedy black “Driving Lessons”.

In the film, Blair will play a high school teacher who falls in love with one of her students, played by Madeline Zima. “Driving Lessons” tells the story of a woman (Hope Davis) who is given a second chance at her unhappy marriage after losing her memory. The film is the first theatrical project by Vivi Friedman, a veteran director of television commercials.

“Driving Lessons” begins filming in March in the city of Los Angeles.
